Is this compatible with all tablet sizes?

This mount works with mid-sized tablets from 7″ to 12″, including iPad and Samsung Galaxy Tab A/S series. It is not compatible with iPad Pro 12.9″/Galaxy Tab S8/S9 Ultra 14.6″

Will this mount fit my tablet if it has a protective case?

The clamp supports tablets up to 0.86″ (2.2 cm) thick. For best safety, please measure your tablet with the case attached before ordering. Very bulky cases may exceed the 7.6″ clamp opening and could cause instability.

Can I use this mount on any airplane tray table?

The mount fits most tray tables, desk edges, and flat surfaces with sufficient edge thickness. Ultra-thin tray tables may not be compatible.

How do I adjust the viewing angle? Will it stay in place?

The mount rotates 360° and has a dual-joint system for optimal angles. You will hear a “click” when adjusting—this is normal and confirms the angle is locked. For heavier tablets, clamp closer to the tray hinge to reduce forward tilt.

How Does the “Push” Button Work?

Press and hold the “Push” button to open the clamp, then place your tablet into the holder. The adjustable clip fits devices up to 7.6 inches wide.
