Is the hard-shell case sturdy enough for long-distance travel?

Sure, the ABS+PC hard shell material may feel thin and less reliable, as it is softer and lighter than pure ABS. However, the PC component enhances the toughness and resistance to discoloration, which is the main reason for our higher price point.

Why does the telescoping handle on a 20-inch suitcase feel unstable?

The handles on the 20-inch case are much longer than those on other sizes, making them more prone to deformation and causing jamming during height adjustment. Therefore, extra space has been provided to ensure smooth adjustment.

Why are there two zippers inside the case that are installed reverse and lack zipper pulls?

Please rest assured that these zippers are solely for replacing wheels or handles. The zipper pulls are intentionally left unattached to prevent scratching your belongings and do not affect daily use.

Why doesn’t the combination lock come with a key?

Please note that the keyhole is for customs inspection only; no key is required for daily use. Refer to the manual for instructions on changing the combination code. Consult us if you need additional assistance.
