Can I use my hair dryer in Europe? The product says it supports 100-250V.

If your hair dryer says “100-240V” or “dual voltage”, you can use it safely. The adapter doesn’t convert voltage, but your dryer handles local voltage. If it only says “120V”, do not use in Europe – you need a voltage converter.

Does it charge cell phones, tablets and laptops? Do I need to bring a charger?

30W total – great for phones, tablets, smartwatches, headphones. No need to bring extra USB chargers. But 30W is not enough for most laptops. For a laptop, bring its original charger and use the AC outlet.

What should I do if the adapter loses power while traveling?

First, check if the outlet and your cable are working. Then check for a blown fuse: open the fuse slot on the adapter and replace it with the spare 10A fuse. If both fuses blow, you can buy a standard 10A replacement locally.

If it doesn’t convert the voltage, then what situations can I use the AC outlet?

Use the AC outlet only for devices that support wide voltage (100-240V), such as laptop bricks, phone chargers, and camera chargers. Do NOT use it for hair dryers, straighteners, kettles, or other single-voltage heating devices.
