Which cruise lines allow the use of SURAIELEC power strips?

Each cruise line has different policies. It is recommended to check the specific regulations on the cruise line’s official website.

Why don’t power strips have surge protection?

SURAIELEC Cruise Ship Power Strip doesn’t have surge protection as several cruise companies ban surge protectors from their ships due to safety concerns.

Does it work to connect devices that work with 220V?

This travel power strip electrical rating is 125V. Please make sure your devices support 100V to 250V Dual Voltage. If your devices are 110V or 125V only you will need a voltage converter. Note: This product don’t have a transformer function.

Why is the charging power less than 20W when multiple ports are used?

When all USB ports are used simultaneously, they share a max 15W output, which may slow charging. We do not recommend connecting high-power devices (laptops, smartphones, tablets) at the same time, as this may cause intermittent charging.
